Rewards Are A Great Motivator For Losing Weight

The reward system is a great way to stay motivated, perhaps buy that clothing option one size smaller to offer a goal to work towards.

Odds are in a month or two they may start to get a little tight, because external rewards only go so far.

Focus on internal rewards like feeling in control and more confident about your appearance, these goals are far more long lasting and attainable if you put your mind to it.

You can only buy so many jeans but feeling in control never goes out of style.
