It's hard to stay motivated

Quiting Junk Food Cold Turkey Is A Bit Extreme
While it sounds like a great idea and the perfect way to go it too much of a system shock for most people.
Fast food often will contain ingredients that the body gets used too, high fructose corn syrup, MSG, and food dyes.
Not only will your system be craving these items, the body will be going through withdrawl at the same time.
This approach weakens will power and sets a person up for binge eating later on.
it is best to have a slower approach to healthy foods, remember that weight problems happen slowly over a long period of time, the solution is going to take some time as well.

Rewards Are A Great Motivator For Losing Weight
The reward system is a great way to stay motivated, perhaps buy that clothing option one size smaller to offer a goal to work towards.
Odds are in a month or two they may start to get a little tight, because external rewards only go so far.
Focus on internal rewards like feeling in control and more confident about your appearance, these goals are far more long lasting and attainable if you put your mind to it.

If a person is trying to lose weight then they should try to stay away from foods that are high in fat calories. If they are consumed in to much excess they are stored in the body.
There are some people that weight issue is to gain weight (lucky them), they should consume foods that are high in fat calories as they will stick to the ribs.
Carbohydrate calorie foods are OK as long as they are not consumed in large amount
